What do you expect from TCN products when you make your purchase?
The “Strong Manuka Honey MGO 1050+,” which we produce in collaboration with small-scale beekeepers in New Zealand, is a “special harvest” product
that has pursued the maximum possible Methylglyoxal (MGO) content. This honey is extremely rare, with only a very limited quantity available each year.

In the global market, this grade is rarely distributed (*1). Only nectar from the Incanum variety, which blooms in the pristine forests of remote mountainous regions, can secrete such high levels of activity. Achieving this requires precise analytical data, year-round bee health management, and sometimes dangerous labor in these untouched regions. However, when those who purchase this product experience its power and share their joyful feedback, I feel an unparalleled sense of achievement. I also feel a renewed sense of respect and admiration for the indigenous Māori people and honeybees.

While studying at Tokyo University of Agriculture, served as the leader of the first team in a five-year plan, and was dispatched by
the university for a year-long tropical agriculture research internship, and traversed the flow channel 3,500 km upstream from the mouth of the Amazon River
to the Bolivian border, conducting a survey on wild rubber.
After returning to Japan, was drawn to the allure of Latin America and traveled to Brazil again immediately after graduation.
After obtaining permanent residency, have been involved in the production of Brazil’s primary products, particularly bee products, for over 25 years.

The encounter with Dr. Peter Moran, a leading authority in Manuka honey research from the University of Waikato, led me to know
the active compounds derived from Manuka honey and the Manuka tree, which ultimately prompted my move to New Zealand. As a professional in the
beekeeping industry, I obtained permanent residency and dedicated myself to the bioactive properties of these products.
I established a New Zealand office and opened an experimental apiary, focusing exclusively on the beekeeping business. Through the
collaboration of small-scale beekeepers, I have been committed to pursuing high-quality, highly activating Manuka honey for export to Japan.
I initially began with Manuka honey with an activity strength of 15+, which was considered the highest at the time. Now, we have successfully
developed products with the highest activity strength in this category, including those with an activity strength of 39+ and MGO 1100+, which are
considered the pinnacle of this type of honey.
