Last week, it seemed that a cold germ had entered my intestines, and starting in the evening, I experienced bloating and pain throughout  my abdomen, with an unpleasant feeling of needing to have diarrhea without actually being able to do so. Brushing my teeth with 2-3 drops of propolis on  my toothbrush leaves my mouth feeling truly refreshed. Thank you very much for your continued support. There were some points I didn’t cover previous message, and I wanted  to add them. There are certain things I have adhered to throughout my journey of healing my atopic dermatitis:

1. No scratching, no matter how itchy. The intense itching always subsides after a while. I simply placed my hand on the area and waited it out.

2. Keep the skin moisturized. When it was very oozing, moisturizing wasn’t an option, but as it improved, moisturizing became essential.

3. Wrap the affected area in white cotton cloth. This alone significantly reduces itching and pain, and by morning, the condition is much better.

4. Go out into crowds. Wherever I went, people treated me normally, and I never felt uncomfortable. Being in a crowd, for some reason, seemed to reduce the itching.

5. Rest the body as much as possible. I healed by enhancing my body’s healing power through rest.

6. Avoid ultraviolet rays. In my case, exposure to ultraviolet rays made my condition worse several times.

There are probably more things I could add, but this is what comes to mind for now. I wanted to share these points because while Manuka Honey,  Propolis, and Manuka Oil are incredibly effective and safe, akin to miraculous medicines, their efficacy greatly depends on how well we prepare  ourselves to receive their benefits. I believe that our own efforts and trial and error are necessary to maximize their effects. I know this might be  unsolicited advice, but I wanted to share my personal experience.

I wrote about my atopic dermatitis the other day, but every summer, I experience a recurrence due to sweat. My atopic dermatitis first appeared  on the back of my hand. It was triggered by overuse of detergents, an unhealthy lifestyle, an unbalanced diet, stress, and ignorance about  atopic dermatitis, among other factors. At its worst, my body felt like an overripe persimmon. Countless strawberry-like bumps formed,  swelled up, oozed fluid, and the itching was so intense it felt like my bones were itching, making me feel as if I had entered another world.  I prayed to God and Buddha, promising that I would never complain again if my atopic dermatitis healed. They granted my wish, but I regret not keeping my promise. I healed without using medication, relying solely on my natural healing power and the passage of time. The fluid from the affected area would  harden, forming a thin layer of skin underneath. This thin skin would crack, fluid would ooze out again, and another thin layer of skin would form.  This cycle of fluid, thin skin, and cracks repeated countless times until I finally recovered after about a year. The itching and pain during  that time were beyond words. Everyone I met told me to go to the hospital, but I believed that if a hospital could cure it, no one would  suffer from atopic dermatitis, and it wouldn’t be truly healed if it came with side effects. Now, to the main point. Having experienced such suffering, I thought it was inevitable that my hands would develop atopic dermatitis every  summer and that it would naturally heal when the autumn breeze came. However, this year was different. In mid-July, patches of atopic dermatitis  about 3 cm in diameter appeared on the back of both hands.
