with your saliva. This method ensures that it stays in the mouth longer and helps improve the environment of your throat, where harmful bacteria are prone to grow.
Unlike medications, natural active ingredients do not have strict guidelines, but over time, you’ll discover the method that works best for you.
On a personal note, I recently received an oral care treatment from a dental hygienist after four years, and they couldn’t find any tartar—only
a slight removal of plaque between my teeth. When I mentioned that I take a teaspoon of honey just before bed, the hygienist was very impressed.
In this region, it is widely known that high-potency Manuka Honey is great for oral health.
Regarding adding honey to warm water, it can be very beneficial for your health, but be careful not to exceed 45°C, as the natural enzymes

intense heat. It feels like a tropical climate now, and my potted roses, which were so lush in May, require constant care in this hot and humid weather.
Today, I’d like to share a personal experience. On Friday the 11th, I called TCN Office to order propolis and received advice on using Manuka oil for
diaper care and Manuka honey for oral care for my 15.5-year-old cat, who now requires special care. Then, an unexpected incident occurred! During
a diaper change, the cat turned and bit my right wrist! I rinsed the wound, applied propolis spray, and used a mix of honey and oil as first aid.
However, by evening, the pain and swelling were severe, and following my vet’s advice, I went to the hospital, where I received a tetanus shot
and learned about Pasteurella infection. This truly felt life-threatening.
The next morning, I prioritized taking a mixture of Strong Manuka 1100, propolis, and royal jelly right after waking up to block any bacteria
internally. Recalling T’s blog story about his daughter’s childhood, I decided to use this mixture, though normally I take MGO860 in the morning
and night and keep the stronger one for colds or emergencies.
At the hospital, they mentioned, “Swelling can last about a week, and the wound may take 2–3 weeks to heal. In severe cases, it can
swell up to the shoulder.” Yet, last night, the pain subsided, and today my wrist stiffness is gone, allowing me to do household tasks.

and, to maintain maximum freshness, have it filled into containers at JAS-certified factories according to demand. In contrast, mass-produced

When the honey is softer, storing it briefly in the fridge can increase viscosity and brighten the color. The bitterness and tartness are caused
by the pollen from Kanuka trees, which are similar to Manuka trees. Usually, Kanuka blooms about 40 days later than Manuka, but
depending on the sun exposure and the area of the hives, it may bloom earlier some years. Bees naturally concentrate on one type of flower,
but these occurrences have become more frequent, likely due to recent extreme weather. The bitterness in Kanuka pollen primarily
comes from polyphenols, which, as you may know, are recently gaining attention for their skin-rejuvenating properties. Natural raw honey
contains many such complex components, all rich in beneficial compounds essential for maintaining health. We hope you continue to use our honey with confidence.

By the way, I have an incredible experience to share!
Yesterday morning, as usual, I had my cup of warm water upon waking, but it triggered stomach pain, and I couldn’t get up for a while.
I was exhausted from the year’s end and lack of sleep, contemplating whether to have porridge, kombu water, soy milk, or some medication for excess stomach acid.
The prescription medication I occasionally take for my stomach has strong side effects and is supposed to kill Helicobacter pylori.
However, on New Year’s Eve, I took a tablespoon of Strong Manuka Honey 1100 for my aching stomach.
Surprisingly, the pain near my solar plexus, which I had suffered from for about an hour that morning, disappeared, and my normal sensation returned shortly after.
I even felt hungry!
So this is what it means to experience hunger with an empty stomach!
Previously, I had avoided direct intake because I thought it was too strong, using soy or cow’s milk to coat my stomach before consuming
a mixture of Manuka honey, propolis, and royal jelly.
Upon reviewing the product guide and QR code guide, I felt a clear difference in the doctor’s adjustments regarding the hospital medications.
I had heart valve replacement surgery four years ago in December.
Since that year, I’ve been receiving treatments in cardiovascular surgery, cardiology, and respiratory medicine, even visiting an ENT specialist
