Our “Incanum Manuka Honey” is a 100% natural, fully matured raw honey produced in limited quantities with the goal of supporting health and well-being. It is harvested through a close collaboration between our beekeeping farms in the northern part of New Zealand’s North Island  and small-scale beekeepers in the same region, whom I personally supervise and guide. Manuka trees, the plant source of Manuka honey, come in various subspecies. Among them, the Incanum variety grows only in limited  areas of the North Island, thriving in the harsh conditions of mountainous wastelands. These nectar-rich regions are untouched pristine forests,  far from human settlements, farms, ranches, and paved roads.

Each batch of harvested Incanum Manuka Honey is sent to an accredited analytical testing institution authorized by the New Zealand  Ministry for Primary Industries (formerly the Ministry of Agriculture) for rigorous testing. At these facilities, the honey undergoes a methylglyoxal (MGO) content analysis, which determines its activity level, along with various other  analytical tests, including a glyphosate residue test. Only batches that meet our strict quality standards are exported to Japan in their raw, unprocessed form.

For transportation through high-temperature regions, such as the equatorial zone, we use temperature-controlled, sterilized food-grade  containers to maintain a stable internal temperature and ensure safe delivery. Additionally, upon arrival in Japan, the honey must pass import inspections before proceeding further. In Japan, the honey is bottled in a Organic JAS certified facility. However, even after bottling, it undergoes another analysis at a  New Zealand government-designated testing institution to ensure the highest quality before reaching our customers. Products that do not meet our strict quality standards are distributed only within New Zealand.
