Thank you very much for your support the other day and for giving me various pieces of advice regarding propolis. After the propolis arrived,  I immediately mixed it with Manuka honey and applied it, and after a week, the affected area dried up and became almost unnoticeable. Now,  on the 13th day, there’s just a faint 1mm trace left, so please rest assured that it has healed completely. I believe the combination of Manuka  honey and propolis had a synergistic effect. This time, the herpes was initially small, and since I applied Manuka honey from the beginning,  there was no pain, it didn’t break open, and it gradually improved in the same state. I may have applied too much at first. After realizing this,  I started applying it thinly, and it began to dry up. Mixing propolis with Manuka honey made it more palatable, and I found that even I could take it,  which has helped me overcome my aversion to propolis. However, since I’m still sensitive to alcohol, I’m currently mixing half a teaspoon of  Manuka honey with 2-3 drops of propolis to adjust. As my overall health had been declining, I hope to restore it from now on. Anyway, I am very  happy that the herpes has healed, and I just wanted to express my gratitude.
