convenient! I carry it with me as a good luck charm. I also gave some to my mother as a gift!
There are a lot of issues to consider, but I would be thrilled if the stick type was available for all grades of honey! I want to give it to my busy
husband as a quick and easy way for him to take it.
I have a question: I believe those who love Manuka Honey take it based on their personal condition, but do they simply scoop it with a spoon
and consume it? I have a very weak throat and tend to feel unwell with seasonal changes and temperature fluctuations. Recently, I always catch whatever cold my child has.
I’ve been enjoying the stick-type honey as it is, and it soothes my throat—it gives me a comforting, protective feeling, which reassures me.
What is the most effective and efficient way to take it? For example, would it be okay to add it to warm water, ensuring it doesn’t reduce
the effectiveness (since it could become diluted)? Should I increase the intake when I have discomfort and gradually reduce it as symptoms

The most effective way to consume the product, regardless of the MGO level, is to take it directly into your mouth and let it slowly dissolve
with your saliva. This method ensures that it stays in the mouth longer and helps improve the environment of your throat, where harmful bacteria are prone to grow.
Unlike medications, natural active ingredients do not have strict guidelines, but over time, you’ll discover the method that works best for you.
On a personal note, I recently received an oral care treatment from a dental hygienist after four years, and they couldn’t find any tartar—only
a slight removal of plaque between my teeth. When I mentioned that I take a teaspoon of honey just before bed, the hygienist was very impressed.
In this region, it is widely known that high-potency Manuka Honey is great for oral health.
Regarding adding honey to warm water, it can be very beneficial for your health, but be careful not to exceed 45°C, as the natural enzymes
could be deactivated. However, the unique active ingredient, methylglyoxal (MGO), is unaffected even at 200°C, so it can be used in dishes such as care foods.

*I’m sorry to talk about my personal life. My mother used our products—honey, propolis, royal jelly, and pollen—mixing them in her
own way for over fifty years, which contributed to her long life.
She passed away at 104 years and 6 months, having lived a wonderful life. Unfortunately, she was caught up in the pandemic, and restrictions
on visitors to the care facility meant that her final moments were lonely, which still saddens me. I regret that if not for COVID-19, she might still be enjoying good health today.
(She didn’t contract COVID-19, but like all humans, she was vulnerable to loneliness.)
I wanted people to know her as our company’s “mascot.”

My mother also taught me that true health cannot be gained from medications or medical institutions.
Human history spans only about a million years, but it is said that around 150 million years ago, flowering plants appeared and bees emerged alongside them.

I also appreciate that you ensure customers receive products in their best condition. I’ve noticed that the jar design was updated earlier this
year—it’s now more modern, easy to grip, and allows for effortless scooping, even at the bottom. Being made in Japan also gives me peace of mind.
The jar is so stylish that I decided to repurpose it as an accessory for my room. However, I found the adhesive on the label a bit challenging
to remove compared to the previous design. That may have been due to my storage conditions, but the earlier labels peeled off more cleanly.
