I take a small amount of honey every morning and evening. When I experience discomfort in my stomach, throat, or mouth, I also use it. The honey
has a rich flavor and is like a creamy caramel.
To preserve its nutritional value, I consume it directly. (I used to dislike the unique taste of honey, but I find yours delicious.)
I also take royal jelly and propolis together with the honey. I use propolis for mouth ulcers—it stings when applied but provides relief shortly after.
Bee pollen is easy to eat and doesn’t have a strong flavor, so I sprinkle it on yogurt in the morning.
Although I enjoy trying a variety of supplements, taking too many capsules can strain the stomach, which is why I trust TCN’s products.
