Hello. I ordered MGO1000+ Manuka honey a while ago for home use, and I use it when I feel a cold coming on. As it’s almost
finished, I recently bought Strong Manuka Honey and Manuka Oil from Rakuten. While reading various explanations on the website,
I remembered that I had also bought propolis, but its expiration date was May 2018. Initially, I couldn’t stand the smell, so I left it unused.
But when I tried taking it with Manuka honey, it was tolerable. Recently, my child was diagnosed with Mycoplasma pneumonia, and
while they’re nearly recovered, I’ve started to feel symptoms myself, like a bronchial cough without a fever. I’m hoping to manage this
with Strong Manuka Honey and propolis, but I’m unsure if old propolis retains its efficacy. I know that Manuka honey’s shelf life isn’t
