Last week, it seemed that a cold germ had entered my intestines, and starting in the evening, I experienced bloating and pain throughout  my abdomen, with an unpleasant feeling of needing to have diarrhea without actually being able to do so. Ideally, if I could have a sudden  diarrhea to expel all the bad bacteria, that would be great. However, usually, my intestinal movement stops temporarily, allowing bacteria  to multiply. When it reaches its limit, I suffer from severe pain and diarrhea for two to three days. Normally, when I go to the doctor, they  prescribe a new quinolone antibiotic called Cravit, which kills both bad and good bacteria. Therefore, I try to maintain the good bacteria  by using lactic acid bacteria, but it seems to cause some damage. The next day, I continued taking Manuka and propolis while fasting, and while I wasn’t getting better, I also wasn’t getting worse.  So in the evening, I took three times the usual amount and slept for about two hours, after which the bloating and discomfort stopped,  and I felt like I had overcome it. I felt hungry and was able to eat normally at dinner. Being able to recover so quickly and harmlessly is thanks  to Manuka & propolis (which acts as a natural antibiotic). Thank you very much.

I was quite surprised to hear that “you can consume Manuka honey before bed and sleep without rinsing,” as I learned that the Manuka  components kill the lactic acid and mutans bacteria that cause cavities. Since then, I’ve been practicing it. The other night, I bit the inside of my lower lip, causing it to bleed. Usually, this would always develop into a canker sore, but I applied propolis  directly to the wound and then covered it with Manuka honey before bed.
